Even as Libyan dictator Moammar Ghaddafi mercilessly slaughters his own people, the Obama administration has said surprisingly little to condemn the regime or demand changes.  Why such a different response than we saw to the unrest in Egypt?  What should be the U.S. response?  We discuss it all with K.T.
