Can Becerra Be Defeated? Cuomo’s Weak Apology, FBI & the Capitol Riots

March 4, 2021 by GregC

Listen to “Can Becerra Be Defeated? Cuomo’s Weak Apology, FBI & the Capitol Riots” on Spreaker.

Join Jim and Greg as they cheer on conservative activists trying to sink the nomination of the unqualified and radical HHS nominee, Xavier Becerra. They also roll their eyes as New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo claims he had no idea his actions offended any of the women accusing him of sexual harassment, and are disgusted that the media considers this a bigger story than the nursing home scandal. And they react to the revelation that the FBI gave Capitol Police had a fairly detailed warning of what would happen at the Capitol on January 6 but also told them not to take any actions as a result of it.

Join Jim and Greg as they discuss the staggering number of students who fell through the cracks because schools were closed and the impact that could have. February 25, 2021 by GregC

Listen to “Becerra’s Bogus Defense, New Accusations Against Cuomo, Amnesty Int’l Abandons Navalny” on Spreaker.

Join Jim and Greg as they enjoy hearing HHS nominee Xavier Becerra squirm as he insists he never sued the Little Sisters of the Poor, just the federal government for giving a contraception mandate exemption to the nuns. They also peel back the sexual harassment allegations against New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo and discuss the growing number of Democrats coming out to denounce him. And they hammer Amnesty International for removing its “prisoner of conscience” label for Russian political figure Alexei Navalny over comments Navalny made 15 years ago.

Vaccination Progress, Feds Probing Cuomo, Biden’s Goal for Schools

February 18, 2021 by GregC

Listen to “Vaccination Progress, Feds Probing Cuomo, Biden’s Goal for Schools” on Spreaker.

Join Jim and Greg as they serve up three good martinis, even if the last one is a bit iffy. First, they;re glad to see CVS reporting excellent progress administering vaccines to residents in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. They’re also happy to see the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York investigating the Cuomo administration for covering up the number of nursing home deaths. And they welcome President Biden’s goal of having K-8 students in school five days a week within his first 100 days, although they’ll believe it when they see it.

Dems Turn on Cuomo, Biden Vaccine Blunder, Teachers’ Unions Trump Science

February 15, 2021 by GregC

Listen to “Dems Turn on Cuomo, Biden Vaccine Blunder, Teachers’ Unions Trump Science” on Spreaker.

Join Jim and Greg for a busy Presidents’ Day edition! First, they welcome Democrats in New York calling for Gov. Andrew Cuomo to lose his emergency powers in response to the nursing home death scandal. But will the consequences get any more severe? They also shake their heads as the Biden administration offers dozens of new vaccine sites, but they’re missing one important thing? And they unload on CDC Director Rochelle Walensky and Dr. Anthony Fauci for drastically watering down their calls for schools to reopen – an obvious sign that politics is trumping science in the Biden administration.

Vaccines on the Move, April Fool’s Day, Media Rally Around Cuomo

December 14, 2020 by GregC

Listen to “Vaccines on the Move, April Fool’s Day, Media Rally Around Cuomo” on Spreaker.

Join Jim and Greg as they cheer the first supplies of the new Pfizer coronavirus vaccine being shipped out to inoculate medical personnel and vulnerable citizens. They also get a kick out of CNN and American Urban Radio Networks reporter April Ryan being horrified that someone secretly recorded and leaked a conversation with Joe Biden and then seriously agreeing with another reporter who mockingly suggested that the media should only report things that come from the Biden team. And they discuss the sexual harassment allegations made against New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo by his former aide and how the media are instantly demanding proof when the accused is a Democrat.

Bad News Becerra, Accusing Cuomo, Teacher Unions’ True Colors

December 7, 2020 by GregC

Listen to “Bad News Becerra, Accusing Cuomo, Teacher Unions’ True Colors” on Spreaker.

Join Jim and Greg, even though there are no good martinis today. They wince as Joe Biden taps radical lefty Xavier Becerra to run the Department of Health and Human Services. They also walk through the thoroughly unsurprising allegations that New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo runs a toxic work environment. And they fume as the Chicago Teachers’ Union says returning to in-person instruction is due to racism, sexism, and misogyny while national unions convince Joe Biden to demand $100 billion to reopen elementary schools.

10 Years of Three Martinis!

October 19, 2020 by GregC

Listen to “10 Years of Three Martinis!” on Spreaker.

Join Jim and Greg as they mark ten years of the 3 Martini Lunch! First they discuss two stories so bad and crazy they’re actually good. They discuss how the Democrats are planning to pack the Supreme Court and act like they had no choice because the GOP Senate filled a seat on the court just before an election. They also hammer New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo for saying the CDC and FDA cannot be trusted to tell the public if a coronavirus vaccine is safe. And they reflect back on a number of highlights from the 3 Martini Lunch over the past decade.

Improving Jobs Picture, Cuomo the Liar, New Debate Rules?

October 1, 2020 by GregC

Listen to “Improving Jobs Picture, Cuomo the Liar, New Debate Rules?” on Spreaker.

Join Jim and Greg as they welcome steadily improving unemployment numbers as they prepare for Friday’s final jobs report before Election Day. They also unload on New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo for flat out lying about forcing nursing homes to take COVID-positive patients into their facilities, a policy that resulted in several thousand deaths. And they discuss news that the Commission on Presidential Debates is considering rules changes, including cutting off microphones if candidates don’t follow the rules.

August 7, 2020 by GregC

Listen to “Another Jobs Jump, New York vs. NRA, Cuomo’s School Surprise” on Spreaker.

Join Jim and Greg to close out the work week as they cheer a better-than-expected jobs report for July. They also wade through the egregious alleged financial improprieties at the National Rifle Association and the political overreach of New York attorney General Letitia James. And they’re a bit stunned as New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo announces all schools in his state are welcome to return to in-person instruction this fall.
