Painful Inflation Report, Jussie Faces Justice, How Many Vaccinations?

December 10, 2021 by GregC

Listen to “Painful Inflation Report, Jussie Faces Justice, How Many Vaccinations?” on Spreaker.

After a quick review of Thursday’s special podcast, Jim and Greg wince as the nation suffers the worst inflation crisis in nearly 40 years. They also applaud the Chicago jury that convicted actor Jussie Smollett of fabricating a hate crime and making false reports to police. And they throw up their hands as Dr. Fauci says you’ll soon need a third shot to be considered fully vaccinated and Pfizer’s CEO is already talking about a fourth shot.

Minimum Wage Truth, Biden Wants Better Coverage, Cuomo Suing CNN?

December 7, 2021 by GregC

Listen to “Minimum Wage Truth, Biden Wants Better Coverage, Cuomo Suing CNN?” on Spreaker.

Before their martini consumption, Jim and Greg remember Pearl Harbor 80 years after the Japanese attack that launched our nation into World War II and all the heroes who have served our nation. Then they go through new studies showing once again that raising the minimum wage leads to employees losing their jobs. They also recoil as the Biden White House tries to convince major media outlets that the president deserves much better coverage on the economy. And they get the popcorn ready as Chris Cuomo is reportedly preparing to sue CNN for the money remaining on his contract.

October 25, 2021 by GregC

Listen to “Parents No Longer ‘Terrorists’, Recession Worries, McAuliffe’s Laughable Hypocrisy” on Spreaker.

Jim Geraghty is back! Join Jim and Greg as they welcome the National School Board Association no longer accusing parents of being domestic terrorists but they still have a lot of questions. They also wince as evidence piles up that an economy that should be in a robust recovery is slowing down and possibly headed into a recession. And they get a kick out of Terry McAuliffe saying Stacey Abrams was the real winner of the 2018 Georgia governor’s race after falsely accusing Glenn Youngkin for months of disputing the 2020 election results.

Schumer Infuriates Manchin, Weak Jobs Report, More Mandate Madness?

October 8, 2021 by GregC

Listen to “Schumer Infuriates Manchin, Weak Jobs Report, More Mandate Madness?” on Spreaker.

Join Jim and Greg as they welcome Sen. Manchin’s furious response to Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer’s partisan response to extending the debt ceiling. They also wince as the job numbers for September come in way below expectations and the unemployment rate drops for the wrong reason. And they fire back as Dr. Leanna Wen suggests the U.S. adopt vaccine mandates for planes and trains and forcing people to get the shot if they want to see their family members. Plus, they assess Pres. Biden’s shaky vaccination math.

America Is Paying Attention, More Proof Biden Caved to China, Kerry’s Curious Comments

October 7, 2021 by GregC

Listen to “America Is Paying Attention, Japan Says Biden Caved to China, Kerry’s Curious Comments” on Spreaker.

Join Jim and Greg as they are glad to see a poll definitively showing Americans are paying close attention to some of our nation’s biggest problems and concluding the Biden administration is handling them poorly.  They also fume as more evidence piles up, this time from Japan, that President Biden has no desire to assign responsibility for the outbreak of COVID-19 and made sure our intelligence review remained inconclusive.  And they discuss John Kerry saying that President Biden had no idea the French were furious about the recent nuclear submarine deal with the UK and Australia and White Press Secretary Jen Psaki claim Kerry didn’t mean that.

Dems’ 2022 Damage Control, Americans Losing Optimism, Open Borders & Travel Bans

July 26, 2021 by GregC

Listen to “Dems’ 2022 Damage Control, Americans Losing Optimism, Open Borders & Travel Bans” on Spreaker.

Jim is back! He and Greg get a kick out of Democrats already blaming voting reforms in red states for their forthcoming losses in 2022. They also groan as American optimism for the next year plummets over the past three months and President Biden seems poorly positioned to address the many concerns. And they throw up their hands as the Biden administration continues to hold the door open for COVID-positive illegal immigrants but refuses to allow vaccinated Europeans into the U.S.

Dems Pretend They’re Not Dems, Inflation Will Linger, Biden’s Border Disaster

July 20, 2021 by GregC

Listen to “Dems Pretend They’re Not Dems, Inflation Will Linger, Biden’s Border Disaster” on Spreaker.

Rob Long in for Jim today.  Rob and Greg get a kick out of Democrats in multiple states gearing up for 2022 by not mentioning they are Democrats or by criticizing their own party. They also shudder as economists expect this inflation to last for years and media acts like Biden policies have nothing to do with it. And they discuss how horribly wrong President Biden was in claiming the illegal immigration surge at our border would taper off when the summer heat arrived.

Chinese Repression, Job Report Overreaction, Worthless UFO Report

June 4, 2021 by GregC

Listen to “Chinese Repression, Job Report Overreaction, Worthless UFO Report” on Spreaker.

Join Jim and Greg as they shudder at the extent of Chinese repression on the anniversary of the brutal Tiananmen Square crackdown – not only in China but now in Hong Kong as well. They also discuss the slightly disappointing May jobs report and get a kick out of the hyperbolic reaction on both sides of the aisle. And they laugh as the government issues a new report saying there is no proof that aliens are behind unidentified aircraft and also no proof that they aren’t.

Calling Out Insane Spending, Who’s Really Coming to the Border? Politics of COVID Origins

May 27, 2021 by GregC

Listen to “Calling Out Insane Spending, Who’s Really Coming to the Border? Politics of COVID Origins” on Spreaker.

Jim and Greg cheer Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson for calling out the massive amount of deficit spending since the pandemic, how we don’t need the trillions more being pushed in Biden’s agenda, and how runaway inflation is a real danger.  He’s right, but will people listen after Republicans spent big when they had control?  They also react to a new report showing more than 33,000 people came to our southern border last month who were not from Central American countries.  And they shake their heads as NIH officials admit to Congress that the Biden administration never consulted with them before shutting down a State Department probe into the origins of the COVID pandemic.
