Louisiana Rep. Bill Cassidy, also a physician, says Democrats haven’t solved anything with this supposed deal. It doesn’t contain costs or explosive growth in government. Cassidy says this could be a ‘bait and switch’ since the Senate bill could be scrapped for the House bill and only 50 votes will be needed to pass it.
