Illinois Rep. Don Manzullo does not want Guantanamo detainees at a prison in his district. He says Guantanamo is not really being closed, it is just being transplanted in his district. He says all the international scorn and terrorist propaganda over Guantanamo will now be aimed at northwest Illinois, which is tougher to defend. He also explains why the terrorists will also get legal rights and terrorists could radicalize other inmates in the prison.
