California Rep. Dan Lungren says we can’t be most effective in thwarting terrorism until President Obama understands who and what we’re fighting and how these attacks are not the work of ‘isolated extremists’ but rather an entire ideology that wants to destroy America. He says charging terrorists in civilian court yields no intelligence and only encourages more radical actions.
