Just weeks after billions of your tax dollars were supposedly spent in non-existent Congressional districts, we are now learning of $375 million spent in fake ZIP codes. What should we make of this? Is this not as important given the size of the overall stimulus? What kind of fraud could be at work here? Will we see a second “stimulus” plan?
