Late Thursday, the full House of Representatives and the Senate Armed Services Committee both voted to repeal the longstanding ban on gays serving openly in the military. But while the Left tries to engender sympathy for the cause while they still have the votes in Congress to pass it, how are they distorting the true nature of this bill? Just how much would change if the law is changed? Why were the leaders of all branches of the military ignored in their efforts to stop the repeal? How would this change in law impact military education? And is there any reason to think the repeal will not pass in the Senate?
