Osama Bin Laden may be dead but Al Qaeda still has its eyes on many high-value targets. One of those is oil, particularly Saudi facilities and oil that is headed to the United States. Is Al Qaeda still capable of carrying out these type of attacks? Why is oil so high on their list?
