With all of the attention focused on the convention and a hurricane, maybe you missed the latest sign of progress in Iraq.  The once deadly and chaotic Anbar province is now under Iraqi control.  Is this proof that we are winning in Iraq or is victory more about lasting political changes that are yet to be achieved?  Respond with your thoughts about where we stand in Iraq and what still needs to be achieved.

Yes, She Has Foreign Policy Experience!

Democrats claim Sarah Palin is not ready to be a heartbeat away from the presidency.  Why?  Because of her supposed lack of foreign policy experience.  But former Defense Department official Frank Gaffney says Palin has plenty of background when it comes to foreign affairs.  What do you think?  Is she biting off more than she can chew or ready for the challenges to come.

‘Progressive’ Media Wants Palin to Stay Home With Her Kids

The mainstream media has championed the working woman for decades and even a women ascending to the highest office in the land.  What they didn’t reveal until recently is that they don’t want that option afforded to conservative women raising a young family with specific challenges.  Is that true?  Is Sarah Palin being subjected to the the worst imaginable double standards along gender lines?  Or are there family issues that will demand more time than a Vice President can spare?
