For the past several days, numerous reports have said North Korean leader Kim Jong-Il suffered a stroke in August and is at least somewhat incapacitated. But new reports say he is slowly improving as well. But what if Kim cannot lead? Who would replace him? Would the end of his rule mean positive change in North Korea?
