Right now, the IRS and Social Security Administration are forbidden by law from sharing your tax and other financial data with other government agencies.  But that would change drastically, according to the House bill currently driving the passionate health care debate.  So why does the bill allow for our private financial information to be shared much more freely?  How concerned should we be about this?  What could bureaucrats do with that information?  We ask Tom Giovanetti, president of the Institute for Policy Innovation.
