Texas Rep. John Carter says Democrats are being hypocritical in their outrage over Rep. Joe Wilson’s outburst during President Obama’s speech Wednesday night.  He says instead of getting riled up over an impetuous incident Democratic leaders should be putting the heat on House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Charlie Rangel, who has failed to report hundreds of thousands of dollars in income over the past several years – or pay taxes on that income.  So what are Nancy Pelosi and other leaders doing about Rangel?  What would Rep. Carter like them to do?  And was Rep. Carter feeling the same frustration that Rep. Wilson was feeling during the Obama speech?
