They also roll their eyes as former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who has been in Congress for more than 36 years, calls for term limits for Supreme Court justices. Finally, they push back hard after Attorney General Merrick Garland suggests any accusation of political favoritism coming from the Justice Department is “an attack on an institution that is essential to American democracy.” Jim shreds Garland for suggesting criticism of the DOJ is somehow out of bounds, when it’s one of our most basic rights and freedoms.
