Anti-Semitic Terror in Colorado, Media’s Boulder Balderdash, Ukraine Drones Drive into Russia

June 2, 2025 by GregC

Listen to “Anti-Semitic Terror in Colorado, Media’s Boulder Balderdash, Ukraine Drones Drive into Russia” on Spreaker.

Join Jim and Greg for 3 Martini Lunch as they fume over the anti-Semitic attack in Boulder, Colorado, bemoan the abysmal media bias in covering the attack, and praise the recent Ukrainian drone attacks deep into Russia.

First, they denounce the anti-Semitic attack on a peaceful march demanding the release of hostages held by Hamas. An illegal immigrant reportedly hurled Molotov cocktails into the crowd, injuring eight people. The FBI labeled the assault an act of terrorism, marking yet another example of violence aimed at Jews, including the firebombing of the Pennsylvania governor’s residence and the murders of two Israeli embassy staffers in Washington.

Next, Jim and Greg berate the media’s disgraceful reporting. Major outlets downplayed the facts, ignored anti-Semitic motives, and misrepresented key details, which were laughable, exasperating, and entirely predictable.

Finally, they assess Ukraine’s successful drone offensive deep inside Russia. Using more than a hundred drones, Ukraine destroyed dozens of critical warplanes and sent a strategic message to Moscow. And Jim explains how Putin will only change if Russian elites begin to suffer from the war.

Can FBI Crack Cocaine Case? Elon Seeks More Spending Cuts, Harvard Fires Prof for Faking Dishonesty Data

May 28, 2025 by GregC

Listen to “Can FBI Crack Cocaine Case? Elon Seeks More Spending Cuts, Harvard Fires Prof for Faking Dishonesty Data” on Spreaker.

Join Jim and Greg for Tuesday’s 3 Martini Lunch as they dig into the FBI’s decision to reopen two politically charged investigations, Elon Musk’s disappointment with the amount of spending in the GOP bill, and a Harvard professor fired for falsifying her studies on dishonesty.

First, Jim and Greg commend the FBI for revisiting stalled investigations, namely the 2022 leak of the Supreme Court’s Dobbs abortion ruling and the 2023 discovery of cocaine inside the Biden White House. Both probes were closed under the current administration without answers.

Next, they examine Elon Musk’s criticism of the GOP’s “Big Beautiful Bill,” which he says includes far too much government spending. The legislation contains many strong conservative provisions, but Musk says it can’t be both big and beautiful and there are many areas ripe for spending reductions.

Finally, they laugh at the stunning irony of Harvard firing a tenured professor for the first time in nearly 80 years because she falsified her research on dishonesty. This leads Jim and Greg down the road of other famous examples of researchers and politicians fabricating their results.

The Left’s ‘Resist’ Regrets, Dems OK Shielding Terrorists from ICE, Comey’s Shell Game

May 16, 2025 by GregC

Listen to “The Left’s ‘Resist’ Regrets, Dems OK Shielding Terrorists from ICE, Comey’s Shell Game” on Spreaker.

Join Jim and Greg for 3 Martini Lunch as they tackle a stunning admission from the left that prosecuting Donald Trump was part of the broader “resist” movement—and that it clearly backfired. They also slam Arlington County, Virginia, for prioritizing the protection of dangerous criminals over cooperating with ICE, and they rip into former FBI Director James Comey for suggesting we get rid of President Trump.

First, Jim and Greg spotlight former Pete Buttigieg adviser Lis Smith, who openly admitted, “We resisted so hard between 2017-2024. We impeached (Trump). We prosecuted him, convicted him of 34 felony counts. And guess what? He still got elected.” CNN conservative commentator Scott Jennings that proves the legal cases against Trump were designed to derail his campaign. Jim argues not only did those efforts fail—they backfired dramatically.

Next, they unload on Arlington County, Virginia, where local officials voted unanimously to prevent county police from contacting federal immigration authorities—no matter the charges against the illegal immigrants in their custody. This week, the county board removed exceptions even for those suspected of terrorism, human trafficking, gang activity, or violent felonies. Jim suspects this insanity is driven by short-term political calculations.

Finally, they break down the controversy surrounding an Instagram post by former FBI Director James Comey, which featured seashells spelling out “8647.” The message is widely interpreted as “get rid of Trump, the 47th president.” Jim suspects Comey was not calling for violence. But he also points out that there really is no way Trump will resign or be impeached during this term, so the only other way to “86” him would involve “something really terrible.” Greg says Comey should already be in a heap of serious legal trouble for letting Hillary Clinton skate and for his malicious role in targeting Trump through Operation Crossfire Hurricane.

Trump’s New Tariffs, FBI Helped Bury Biden Laptop Story, Hakeem Jeffries’ Lousy Leadership

April 3, 2025 by GregC

Listen to “Trump’s New Tariffs, FBI Helped Bury Biden Laptop Story, Hakeem Jeffries’ Lousy Leadership” on Spreaker.

Join Jim and Greg for 3 Martini Lunch as they analyze President Trump’s latest tariffs, the FBI’s complicity in silencing on the Hunter Biden laptop, and the underwhelming leadership of House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries.

First, they break down Trump’s sweeping new tariffs on most nations and imported automobiles, explaining the economic arguments for and against them and what the impact could be, depending upon how other nations respond. Jim also exposes how tariffs are being applied to places with no human inhabitants or economic relevance. Plus, they explain why anyone who grew up in the 1980s should understand this issue.

Next, they examine newly revealed internal FBI chats proving the agency knew in mid-October 2020 that the Hunter Biden laptop was real and under criminal investigation—yet remained silent while Democrats and the media buried the story.

Finally, while it’s good for the GOP, they wonder why House Democrats continue backing Hakeem Jeffries as their leader. His speaking style lacks impact, and he repeatedly pushes unpopular positions—most recently daring Republicans to vote on the SAVE Act, which mandates photo ID and proof of citizenship to vote.

Major MS-13 Arrest, Gov. Youngkin’s Veto Binge, GOP Rep Exposes Radical NPR Boss

March 27, 2025 by GregC

Listen to “Major MS-13 Arrest, Gov. Youngkin’s Veto Binge, GOP Rep Exposes Radical NPR Boss” on Spreaker.

Join Jim and Greg for 3 Martini Lunch as they celebrate a major MS-13 gang leader’s arrest, Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin’s veto spree against a lot of lousy bills passed by Democrats, and a Texas congressman exposing NPR CEO Katherine Maher’s radical views using her own words.

First, they break down the FBI’s arrest of the top MS-13 leader on the East Coast during an early morning raid in Virginia and carried out with federal, state, and local cooperation. Jim and Greg applaud the move, hoping more gang members are soon locked up or deported. And they are encouraged to see the Justice Department and FBI making this a priority.

Then they stay in Virginia, where Gov. Youngkin recently vetoed nearly 160 bills from the Democrat-controlled legislature. The rejected measures covered gun control, a minimum wage hike, restricted speech outside abortion clinics, and a sweeping “environmental justice” agenda, among others. With a governor’s race looming, Jim warns that Democrats will push these policies into law if they perform well in November.

Finally, they enjoy Texas Rep. Brandon Gill’s grilling of NPR CEO Katherine Maher. Gill methodically exposes Maher’s extreme views on reparations, looting, and other issues—simply by quoting her own past statements.

Property Taxes Are A Scam, Elon Email Backlash May Help DOGE, Intel Community Depravity

February 25, 2025 by GregC

Listen to “Property Taxes Are A Scam, Elon Email Backlash May Help DOGE, Intel Community Depravity” on Spreaker.

Former Chief Assistant U.S. Attorney and National Review Contributing Editor Andy McCarthy is in for Jim on today’s 3 Martini Lunch. Join Andy and Greg as they break down why property taxes are a big government scam, how Elon Musk’s email controversy could legally benefit DOGE, and the disturbing ways intelligence agencies allow employees to spend their workdays discussing their bizarre sexual issues—all on the taxpayer’s dime.

First, they applaud Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis for exposing the absurdity of property taxes and how the government forces homeowners to pay yearly taxes on property they already own and have already been taxed on. Andy also highlights how progressives manipulate the assessment system to unfairly burden both the wealthy and the poor to raise money for their insatiable appetite for big government.

Next, Andy digs into his column on how Elon Musk’s weekend order may have been an impulsive command to President Trump’s comments, but the refusal of multiple cabinet-level officials to comply with the directive could actually strengthen DOGE’s legal position in the long run.

Finally, parental discretion is advised as Greg and Andy react with disgust to reports that NSA, CIA, and DIA employees spent their work hours in two NSA LGBT chatrooms discussing their trans identities and explicit fetishes. Even worse, NSA leadership defends this behavior as “not only mission critical but mission imperative.” Andy questions how these agencies, which repeatedly fail to anticipate major global events yet demand more funding, have time to foster and participate in such activities.

Trump Warns Hamas, Ft. Bragg Returns with A Twist, FBI Leaks and ICE Raids

February 11, 2025 by GregC

Listen to “Trump Warns Hamas, Ft. Bragg Returns with A Twist, FBI Leaks and ICE Raids” on Spreaker.

Join Jim and Greg for the 3 Martini Lunch podcast, where they break down President Trump’s ultimatum to Hamas, the return of Fort Bragg’s name in a clever way, and alarming reports of FBI figures allegedly tipping off illegal immigrants about ICE raids.

First, President Trump is issuing a stern warning to Hamas, saying that hell will be unleashed if all hostages are not released by Saturday. His ultimatum comes as Hamas pauses its release of hostages, claiming Israel has violated the terms of the ceasefire. Jim believes Trump’s anger over the condition of released hostages is evident, and they both think the vague nature of Trump’s threat is a smart way to put pressure on the terrorists.

Next, Jim and Greg applaud Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth’s decision to rename Fort Liberty in North Carolina back to Fort Bragg. The name had been familiar to many, and this change not only ends the confusion but also shifts the honor to a different individual named Bragg—a U.S. Army PFC who heroically fought at the Battle of the Bulge, rather than the Confederate general.

Finally, they react to disturbing allegations that some FBI figures and other government sources are tipping off illegal immigrants about pending ICE raids aimed at removing criminals and others who are in the U.S. illegally. Jim says anyone who has a problem with the policy needs to resign or ask for a transfer. And anyone who deliberately undermines it should face stiff penalties.

DNC Debate Disaster, The Potomac Crash Blame Game, Gabbard on the Hot Seat

January 31, 2025 by GregC

Listen to “DNC Debate Disaster, The Potomac Crash Blame Game, Gabbard on the Hot Seat” on Spreaker.

Join Jim and Greg on this episode of the 3 Martini Lunch as they dive into a chaotic Democratic National Committee chairman debate, the political finger-pointing following the deadly Potomac crash, and Tulsi Gabbard’s contentious confirmation hearings to become Director of National Intelligence.

First, they analyze the delightfully disastrous DNC chairman debate, where every candidate seems to have missed the lessons of the 2024 election. Each candidate for DNC chairman agreed that racism and misogyny were key factors in Kamala Harris losing the election. If that weren’t enough, the forum was also repeatedly interrupted by demonstrators accusing Democrats of being too cozy with Big Oil.

Next, they discuss the immediate blame game following the tragic midair collision between a regional airliner and a U.S. Army Blackhawk helicopter. Jim and Greg express frustration as both sides of the aisle politicize the disaster—Democrats blame Trump for firing the head of TSA and other officials, while Trump points to Biden-era DEI policies at the FAA. Jim and Greg agree that prioritizing DEI for those positions is dangerous but wonder why Trump was pushing that issue right away without public evidence that it was a factor in this case.

Finally, they examine Tulsi Gabbard’s confirmation hearing for Director of National Intelligence. Jim highlights her recent shift on several key issues, ranging from Trump’s strike on Soleimani to Edward Snowden. However, they agree that significant changes are necessary in U.S. intelligence leadership after years of partisanship and disinformation, particularly from figures like James Clapper and John Brennan.

Trump Cabinet on Track, The January 6th Pardons, Biden’s Feckless Finish

January 21, 2025 by GregC

Listen to “Trump Cabinet on Track, The January 6th Pardons, Biden’s Feckless Finish” on Spreaker.

Join Jim and Greg for the 3 Martini Lunch podcast as they discuss the likely confirmation of all of President Trump’s remaining cabinet picks, Trump’s decision to free everyone convicted of January 6th crimes, and Jim’s strong reaction to Joe Biden’s controversial final-day pardons.

First, they break down the unanimous confirmation of Senator Marco Rubio as Secretary of State and delve into the prospects for Trump’s other cabinet nominees. Even the most controversial picks are expected to be confirmed, but Jim and Greg also mention nominees who may face the toughest challenges. They also highlight the common trend in presidential administrations where not every nominee gets confirmed, offering historical perspective on the confirmation process.

Then they turn to Trump’s sweeping pardons and commutations for everyone convicted in connection with the January 6th Capitol riot. They agree with comments from Vice President Vance just days ago suggesting there’s a significant difference between the violent and non-violent offenders that day. And while they understand defenders of Trump’s decision pointing out a massive double standard in the Justice Department ignoring or going easy on rioters in the summer of 2020 or during Trump’s first inaugural, Jim details why he believes pardons or commutations for everyone for the unrest at the U.S. Capitol is not the right call.

Finally, Jim shares his thoughts on Joe Biden’s actions in his final days in office, including a series of controversial pardons for family members, Dr. Anthony Fauci, General Milley, and members of the January 6th committee. Jim critiques these pardons as an overreach of executive power, arguing that such actions betray the intentions of the Founding Fathers.

America Hates Hunter’s Pardon, Schiff’s Staggering Hypocrisy, What’s in the New Jersey Sky?

December 11, 2024 by GregC

Listen to “America Hates Hunter’s Pardon, Schiff’s Staggering Hypocrisy, What’s in the New Jersey Sky?” on Spreaker.

Join Jim and Greg as they tackle Americans’ overwhelming rejection of President Biden pardoning his son, Sen. Adam Schiff’s sudden shift on political prosecutions, and a mysterious phenomenon in the New Jersey sky.

They kick off with an AP poll revealing just 22% of Americans support a Hunter Biden pardon. Opposition is strong across party lines, with independents and even many Democrats hesitant to back the move.

Next, they call out new California Sen. Adam Schiff, a former House Intelligence Committee chairman, for decrying presidential prosecutions in a democracy, despite his past vocal support for pursuing Trump over alleged Russia collusion. Jim also says Schiff has yet to pay any significant price for grossly misleading the American people during the Russia probe.

Finally, they delve into the strange sightings in the New Jersey sky. With drones or drone-like objects puzzling locals, the FBI and military both say they don’t know what’s happening. As a New Jersey native, Jim offers both serious and lighthearted theories on the mystery.
