Iran’s Nuclear ‘Incident’, Biden’s Inflation Arrogance, Kamala Ignores the Border

April 12, 2021 by GregC

Listen to “Iran’s Nuclear ‘Incident’, Biden’s Inflation Arrogance, Kamala Ignores the Border” on Spreaker.

Join Jim and Greg as they welcome news of a “blackout: at the Natanz nuclear facility in Iran, and whether Israel is behind it or not, they’re glad to see it. They also unload on President Biden who is unconcerned about inflation following his massive spending binge because someone else will likely be in office when it gets really bad. They also call out Vice President Harris for apparently doing nothing about the border crisis since she was put in charge of it and the media who refuse to demand answers. Finally, they offer their well wishes to Texas Rep. Dan Crenshaw in the wake of concerning medical news.

Supremes Side with Freedom, Absurd COVID Restrictions, Biden & Kamala

December 4, 2020 by GregC

Listen to “Supremes Side with Freedom, Absurd COVID Restrictions, Biden & Kamala” on Spreaker.

Join Jim and Greg for a very lively Friday podcast! First, they cheer the Supreme Court for telling the 9th Circuit to reconsider a case where churches face tighter restrictions than non-religious gatherings. They also hammer Los Angeles and California as their COVID restrictions even forbid “unnecessary walking” and effectively make people prisoners in their own homes. And they react to Joe Biden’s confusing comments about what would happen if he and Kamala Harris ever have a major disagreement over principle, and somehow that leads to a really fun pop culture tangent.

Hispanics Trending Right, Media Coddling Elusive Biden, Jemele’s Hill to Lie On

September 9, 2020 by GregC

Listen to “Hispanics Trending Right, Media Coddling Elusive Biden, Jemele’s Hill to Lie On” on Spreaker.

Join Jim and Greg as they cheer numbers in Florida showing Hispanic voters leaning toward President Trump and the GOP much more than four years ago. They also roll their eyes at the media’s fluffy coverage of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and Jim explains just how light Biden’s campaign schedule is compared to previous nominees. And in another stellar moment for “The Atlantic,” columnist Jemele Hill publicly to vows to lie about country singer Travis Tritt because he blocked her on Twitter.

Defunding Rioters, Biden Blames Trump, Wheeler’s Weakness

August 31, 2020 by GregC

Listen to “Defunding Rioters, Biden Blames Trump, Wheeler’s Weakness” on Spreaker.

Join Jim and Greg as they focus on the mayhem continuing in the streets of American cities.  They’re very bullish on the idea of Indiana Rep. Jim Banks to end unemployment benefits for anyone convicted of committing a federal offense at a protest. They also scratch their heads as Joe Biden and other Democrats condemn President Trump for wanting to use federal power to stop the rioting while also trying to blame Trump for the destruction in the first place. And they examine the pathetic case of Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler, who grovels to the radicals more and more as they treat him worse and worse.

Sanctions Crippling Kim, Is Trump Abandoning Hong Kong? PolitiFact’s Pants on Fire

August 15, 2019 by GregC

Listen to “Sanctions Crippling Kim, Is Trump Abandoning Hong Kong? Politifact’s Pants on Fire” on Spreaker.

David French of National Review and Greg Corombos of Radio America welcome the news that U.S. sanctions are inflicting a devastating economic toll and putting a lot of political pressure on North Korean Dictator Kim Jong-Un.  They also cringe at reports that President Trump promised China two months ago that he would not condemn a Chinese crackdown on protesters in Hong Kong.  And they hammer PolitiFact for refusing to criticize Senators Elizabeth Warren and Kamala Harris over their characterization of Michael Brown’s death as murder.  PolitiFact says, “Legally, it wasn’t. How much should this word choice matter?”

Simple Math Taxes Harris, Omar vs. Abrams, Cocaine Mitch Confounds Dems

February 14, 2019 by GregC

Listen to “Simple Math Taxes Harris, Omar vs. Abrams, Cocaine Mitch Confounds Dems” on Spreaker.

Jim Geraghty of National Review and Greg Corombos of Radio America applaud the Washington Post for calling out California Sen. Kamala Harris for her absurd contention that smaller tax refunds mean you’re paying more in taxes.  They also play the entire insane questioning of longtime foreign policy official Elliott Abrams by Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar and marvel at her ignorance of U.S. history and bizarre badgering of the witness.  And they get a kick both out of Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell planning a floor vote on the Green New Deal and bill sponsor Ed Markey fuming that Republicans are going to hold a vote on his legislation.

Inside the Koch Confab, We’re Not Getting A Wall, Covering Up Kamala’s Cronyism

January 30, 2019 by GregC

Listen to “Inside the Koch Confab, We’re Not Getting A Wall, Covering Up Kamala’s Cronyism” on Spreaker.

Jim Geraghty of National Review and Greg Corombos of Radio America review Jim’s trip to the Koch Seminar Network and how the billionaire brothers that Democrats and the media like to describe as evil are pouring money into charities so struggling Americans don’t have to depend solely on the government.  They also sigh as reports make clear that Senate Republicans have no intention of allowing another government shutdown, meaning they aren’t prepared to play hardball over border wall funding.  And they take aim at a Washington Post opinion column arguing that it’s somehow sexist to question whether Kamala Harris got help in launching her political career due to prominent appointments she received from a man she was having an affair with at the time.

Schultz vs. Warren, Harris Goes Hard Left, California’s Pronoun Politics

January 29, 2019 by GregC

Listen to “Schultz vs. Warren, Harris Goes Hard Left, California’s Pronoun Politics” on Spreaker.

Alexandra DeSanctis of National Review and Greg Corombos of Radio America enjoy watching Howard Schultz and Elizabeth Warren trade insults over Warren’s proposed wealth tax and shudder to think that Schultz might be the most sensible liberal considering a 2020 presidential run.  They also slam Kamala Harris for suggesting that lawmakers who don’t support gun control don’t care about the victims of mass shootings and contending that if Republicans saw photos of murdered children that they would vote differently.  And they laugh and cringe as the chairwoman of a California State Senate committee bans the use of gendered pronouns in committee – and then proceeds to violate her own rule over and over again.

Consequences for King, Kamala’s Credentials, Gillibrand Getting In

January 15, 2019 by GregC

Listen to “Consequences for King, Kamala’s Credentials, Gillibrand Getting In” on Spreaker.

Jim Geraghty of National Review and Greg Corombos of Radio America react to House Republicans stripping Iowa Rep. Steve King of all committee assignments after his controversial comments in the New York Times.  Jim also reveals some his interesting discoveries after combing through the record of California Sen. Kamala Harris as she prepares for a 2020 White House run.  And they wonder why New York Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand is bothering to run for president and planning to run as a champion of women in a Democratic primary full of them.

Gabbard Slams Dem Bigotry, Harris Ready to Run, America’s Savings Crisis

January 10, 2019 by GregC

Listen to “Gabbard Slams Dem Bigotry, Harris Ready to Run, America’s Savings Crisis” on Spreaker.

While Hawaii Rep. Tulsi Gabbard has come under deserved fire for defending Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad, Jim Geraghty of National Review and Greg Corombos of Radio America are applauding Gabbard today for being the only Democrat willing to stand up to Senate Democrats who contend that being a member of the Knights of Columbus is disqualifying for service as a federal judge.  They also brace for the imminent presidential campaign of California Sen. Kamala Harris, who is very liberal but is one of only a few Democrats with a legitimate shot at the nomination.  And, as more stories emerge of the fiscal hardship of federal employees going without pay during the partial shutdown, they are staggered by statistics showing that nearly 80 percent of Americans live paycheck to paycheck and over 60 percent don’t have enough money saved to cover six months of expenses.
