Trump’s Border Crackdown, Fauci’s Puzzling Pardon, Trump’s TikTok Proposal

January 22, 2025 by GregC

Listen to “Trump’s Border Crackdown, Fauci’s Puzzling Pardon, Trump’s TikTok Proposal” on Spreaker.

Join Jim and Greg for 3 Martini Lunch as they dive into Trump’s tough border measures, the curious dates of Anthony Fauci’s pardon, and Trump’s freelancing on TikTok policy.

First, they cheer a report from Border Czar Tom Homan that fewer than 800 people illegally crossed our southwestern border on Trump’s first day, the Coast Guard stepping up against sea-based migration, and once-defiant Democrats now supporting ICE deportations of criminal illegals.

Next, they react to The Spectator’s reporting on Fauci’s pardon, which protects him from prosecution dating back to the start of 2014. Why? The answer seems to be connected to Fauci’s defiance of an Obama administration order against further gain of function research.

Finally, they discuss Trump’s public push for a TikTok sale, including his suggestion that the “United States of America” should control 50 percent of it. Does he want the government to have significant control over the app or is this merely a negotiating tactic? Either way, Jim says TikTok remains a national security threat and Trump needs to enforce the ban until a sale is actually imminent.

Trump Inaugurated, More Disgraceful Biden Pardons, Huge Public Support for Trump on Key Issues

January 20, 2025 by GregC

Listen to “Trump Inaugurated, More Disgraceful Biden Pardons, Public Backs Trump Big on Key Issues” on Spreaker.

Undisputed King of Stuff and Sink the Rising Sun author Jon Gabriel is in for Jim on 3 Martini Lunch. Jon and Greg reflect on the inauguration of Donald Trump as the 47th President of the United States. They also discuss Joe Biden’s final pre-emptive pardons for political allies and family members, as well as new polling data showing overwhelming American support for Trump’s stance on deportations and trans issues.

First, they welcome Donald Trump’s inauguration and celebrate the end of Joe Biden’s presidency. They express their excitement about the immediate steps taken by President Trump to address key issues, including border security, deportations, energy independence, and rolling back the green agenda, and DEI policies.

Next, they discuss Joe Biden’s predictable but revolting actions in issuing pardons to five more family members plus Dr. Anthony Fauci, Gen. Mark Milley, and all members and staff of the January 6th committee in Congress. Jon and Greg highlight the hypocrisy of Biden’s 2020 vow not to use pardons for family members or to try to change federal policy through social media. They reflect on how these pardons further reveal Biden’s weak character and legacy as a failed president.

The episode concludes with a look at the latest New York Times Ipsos poll, which shows a massive shift in public opinion. Americans overwhelmingly support deporting criminal illegal immigrants and oppose the idea of males competing in female sports or giving puberty blockers to minors. Jon and Greg discuss how this cultural shift signals a broader change in American values over the past few months.

Finally, they look at the latest New York Times/Ipsos poll, which shows a massive shift in public opinion. Americans overwhelmingly support deporting criminal illegal immigrants and a strong majority wants mass deportations of illegals. By huge numbers, Americans also oppose the idea of males competing in female sports or giving puberty blockers to minors.

Biden’s Money Problems, Census Errors Boost Dems, More Pre-Emptive Pardons?

December 6, 2024 by GregC

Listen to “Biden’s Money Problems, Census Errors Boost Dems, More Pre-Emptive Pardons?” on Spreaker.

Join Jim and Greg on 3 Martini Lunch as they wrap up the week with three crazy martinis: Biden’s pardon of Hunter hurting his library funding, the 2020 census unfairly aiding Democrats, and reports of Biden being urged to consider more pre-emptive pardons.

First, they discuss Democratic donors expressing outrage over President Biden pardoning his son, warning it could drastically impact contributions to Biden’s future presidential library. These same Democrats suggest Biden should temper his expectations for the size and scope of the library project. Meanwhile, Jim wonders what achievements Biden could even highlight from his presidency.

Next, they shake their heads as a new congressional report concludes the 2020 U.S. Census overcounted in several mostly blue states and undercounted in several mostly red states, meaning the Democrats have a slightly unfair advantage in the congressional map and the Electoral College. The numbers are further impacted because the Trump administration was barred from asking whether residents were citizens.

Finally, Jim and Greg are alarmed by reports that Biden aides are urging him to issue additional pre-emptive pardons for figures like Dr. Anthony Fauci, Liz Cheney, and Adam Schiff. They debate the potential fallout and Jim even suggests a constitutional amendment might be necessary to prevent abuse of presidential pardon powers.

House Hearings Expose Infuriating Truths on COVID, Afghanistan

March 9, 2023 by GregC

Listen to “House Hearings Expose Infuriating Truth on COVID, Afghanistan” on Spreaker.

You might need something stronger than a martini as Jim and Greg dig into three big stories today. First, they respond to the congressional testimony of former CDC Director Dr. Robert Redfield, who said our top officials knew from the start that COVID likely came from a lab leak and then knowingly pushed a false narrative that the virus naturally occurred. And the maddening truth doesn’t stop there. Then they tackle the gut-wrenching testimony of a U.S. Marine Corps sniper stationed at Abbey Gate on the day of the terrorist attack during the chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan. Sgt. Tyler Vargas-Andrews says he and others had the bomber spotted and were ready to take him out but they never had permission to fire. And his frustration grew even more when no one in our government wanted to hear his story. Finally, Jim dissects California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s condemnation of Walgreen’s for refusing to sell abortion-inducing drugs in states where the retailer might get sued. Jim explains how Newsom frequently ignores the most basic responsibilities of governing and how he tries to distract his constituents from his terrible record.

House GOP Agenda Coming, More Lab Leak Evidence, Russia Doubles Down

September 21, 2022 by GregC

Listen to “House GOP Agenda Coming, More Lab Leak Evidence, Putin Doubles Down” on Spreaker.

Join Jim and Greg as they welcome the House GOP decision to put an agenda before the voters this year on the biggest issues where the Democrats have failed. They also discuss a former vice president from the EcoHealth Alliance stating under oath that COVID was a result of gain of function research in Wuhan funded in part by the National Institutes of Health. And they wince as Vladimir Putin orders 300,000 reservists to fight against Ukraine, while noting that these new soldiers are probably far less competent than the ones that have already failed.

Fauci Finally Leaving, Ugly Dem vs. Dem Primary, Buttigieg Clueless on Flight Delays

August 22, 2022 by GregC

Listen to “Fauci Finally Leaving, Ugly Dem vs. Dem Primary, Buttigieg Clueless on Flight Delays” on Spreaker.

Join Jim and Greg as they welcome the upcoming retirement of Anthony Fauci as they chronicle his soaring ego and willingness to lie when it suited his agenda. They also pop the popcorn as longtime Democrats in the House get ugly in their member vs. member primary in New York City. And they shake their heads as Transportation Sec. Pete Buttigieg tries to talk tough to airlines over their serious delay problems but it’s obvious he really has no solutions.

March 21, 2022 by GregC

Listen to “From Gas Pumps to the Polls, Kinzinger’s Tired Act, Fauci’s Back” on Spreaker.

Join Jim and Greg as they applaud the GOP’s ingenious new strategy to register angry voters at the gas pump ahead of the upcoming midterms. They rebuke Illinois Rep. Adam Kinzinger for his preachy and illogical call for Israel to do more for Ukraine. And despite nobody inviting him, Dr. Anthony Fauci returns to warn that mandates and other measures may need to return if COVID numbers begin to climb again.

January 26, 2022 by GregC

Listen to “Fauci’s COVID Lies Exposed, Democrat Exodus from Congress, More Bad Polls for Biden” on Spreaker.

Join Jim and Greg as they cover a new report describing how Anthony Fauci and Francis Collins sought to cover up the truth about the genesis of the Covid-19 virus. They also discuss the retirement of Tennessee Rep. Jim Cooper and what it means for the upcoming midterms. And a new Pew poll shows Americans don’t trust Biden to make progress on any major issues.

Painful Inflation Report, Jussie Faces Justice, How Many Vaccinations?

December 10, 2021 by GregC

Listen to “Painful Inflation Report, Jussie Faces Justice, How Many Vaccinations?” on Spreaker.

After a quick review of Thursday’s special podcast, Jim and Greg wince as the nation suffers the worst inflation crisis in nearly 40 years. They also applaud the Chicago jury that convicted actor Jussie Smollett of fabricating a hate crime and making false reports to police. And they throw up their hands as Dr. Fauci says you’ll soon need a third shot to be considered fully vaccinated and Pfizer’s CEO is already talking about a fourth shot.

Taiwan Stands Firm, FBI Enters the School Board Wars, Fauci’s Latest Flip-Flops

October 5, 2021 by GregC

Listen to “Taiwan Stands Firm, FBI Enters the School Board Wars, Fauci’s Latest Flip-Flops” on Spreaker.

Join Jim and Greg as they cheer on the resolve of Taiwan’s president and people in the face of growing Chinese threats. They also have questions as Attorney General Merrick Garland announces the FBI will start investigating alleged threats made against school officials in highly charged debates around the country. And they sigh as Dr. Fauci gives contradictory answers on whether he recommends people visit with family over the holidays and the CDC comes out with absurd guidelines for celebrating Thanksgiving.
